Blue Ocean Academy

My name is Dhana Sekaran, and I am currently working as a Team Lead—Logistics at PAR EMPIRE GENERAL TRADING LLC. I recently completed the CISCP/CISCM training program conducted by Blue Ocean Academy, and I would like to share my feedback. First and foremost, I would like to thank Mr. Jeetendra Puli for his excellent support during the admission and payment process. His prompt communication and guidance made the enrollment process very smooth and hassle-free. I am also grateful to Mr. Mohammed Shafi for helping me choose the right course that aligned perfectly with my career experience and aspirations. His insights were valuable in steering me toward the right decision. The training sessions conducted by Mr. Sudipta were truly enriching. He made complex topics easy to understand by using practical examples and engaging teaching methods. His approach made the sessions interactive, fun, and highly informative. I thoroughly enjoyed the training and gained valuable knowledge that I am confident will enhance my professional capabilities. Overall, my experience with Blue Ocean Academy has been excellent. I would definitely recommend this program to professionals looking to grow in the field of logistics and supply chain management. Here are my personal key takeaways from the seminar: 1. The era of HR as a “post office” is long dead—modern HR fuels bottom-line growth. 2. We need to break the constant state of urgency and state of emergency by being more strategic business partners than transactional HR leaders. 3. Our red carpet approach, in AI powered world, is about understanding, inspiring and evolving our people. HR should be a department where they are comfortable to walk in. 4. 73% of change management fails because the “Why” isn’t communicated effectively and the consequences of not changing are unclear. 5. HR decisions should be based on insights, not intuition Thank you Blue Ocean Management Training for inviting me for this event and hopefully to future seminars as well. The Blue Ocean Academy IATA Cabin Crew training program is well-structured and highly informative offering a comprehensive curriculum for me to be knowledgeable about the aviation industry. I learned different essential aspects as an aspiring cabin crew in the near future such as safety protocols, dealing with different type of passengers, emergency procedures, and on how to be a professional on this field. The experienced instructor is engaging and approachable. He always use real-life experiences to enhance our learning providing a realistic understanding of the cabin crew's responsibilities. Overall, the program of Blue Ocean Corporation is an excellent choice for anyone aspiring to build a successful career in the aviation industry.
