I have a survey in this company a few days I communicated with an Indian security guard, they have a very rude way of talking to customers and not a greeting when meeting. This is the company worst I have ever met, even the attitude of an Indian security guard is very bad with customers.For sure I never come back this company again.

The management is excellent and highly efficient. The owner, Mr. Gopan, is a respectable and kind individual. The Accounts Manager and several members of the Accounts Team are also professional and cooperative. However, one particular individual, Mr. Sreenath, negatively impacts the work environment within the Accounts Team. His behavior creates unnecessary stress and tension among colleagues who do not support his actions. He appears to manipulate the team dynamics, leading to a toxic work atmosphere. At times, it seems that management either overlooks these issues or is unaware of their impact. Addressing such concerns can help the company maintain its standards and align with reputable organizations like Al Faris.
