Bodify Fitness Studio

We visited this yoga studio and absolutely loved it! Everything is thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details — clean showers, tidy locker rooms, towels, even a hair tie! These little touches show how much they care about their guests. The air conditioning is perfectly balanced — very comfortable. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful, explaining everything clearly and making us feel at ease. We attended an aerial yoga class, and it was amazing! The instructor was calm, professional, and attentive to beginners, creating a truly safe and peaceful atmosphere. The location is great, with 2 hours of free parking — very convenient. We ended up getting a 3-month membership and can’t wait to explore more classes. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to care for their body and mind in a serene and supportive environment.

I had my first trial class of healthy back ( personal training). Marianna is amazing. Asked about my previous experience in training, clarified what is the main goal I’m trying to achieve. We had the efficient training so that the muscle spasm I had before the class has just gone after it. I’ve already purchased the 1 month package. The design of the studio is attractive. I love the colours. Everything you need before your class or after it- can be easily found there. Great job, bodify 👍🏼

Attended my first Aero Yoga session today with Olha and I’m definitely coming back for more. Swinging on the hammocks made the whole stretching experience so much fun! And this probably looks harder than it really is, because I walked out of the session delighted I could pull off some of the moves. Unwinding after the stretching in Savasana on the hammocks was the highlight. Highly recommended. Also, the aesthetics of the studio along with the locker room and other facilities makes the whole experience very comfortable.

I did a Pilates trial class today at Bodify Studio in Business Central towers - Internet city , with Coach Anastasia and honestly, it was a great start! She was super patient, very detailed in her instructions, and made sure I practiced the movements properly. The studio itself is really neat, clean, and hygienic + t’s beautifully decorated. Such a vibe! Can’t wait for the upcoming classes 🤩

I had an incredible experience in Aero and Pilates Class at Bodify! The coaches esp (Toka 💜 and Alit 💖)are absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about helping you improve ++ so prettyyy!! 🫶 They really know how to make every lesson both fun and educational. The personalized attention and encouragement made all the difference in my learning journey. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to enhance their body posture, mental health and have a great time doing it! 💕✨
