Body Factory is truly a gem when it comes to Pilates studios. The vibes are simply amazing — full of fabulous energy that lifts you up the moment you walk in. The studio is clean, well-organized, and beautifully assorted, making it a perfect environment to work out and recharge. The instructors are not only professional but also absolutely gorgeous in their energy and approach. I recently tried a Reformer Pilates class with Div, and she was nothing short of amazing. Her guidance, energy, and professionalism made the class one of my favorites so far — I absolutely loved it! ❤️ Even the owners are super kind and friendly, which adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and competitive, and they offer some fantastic packages for regulars. RTA parking is available, making it convenient to visit. I seriously can’t wait to go back for more classes. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this place!! The reformer Pilates classes are next-level — challenging in the best way, and always so thoughtfully designed. The instructors are not only skilled, but genuinely really attentive. You really feel like they know your body, your goals, and how to push you safely. What sets this place apart for me is the atmosphere. It’s so calm and zen…the kind of space that instantly resets your mood. I walk in feeling rushed from the day, and walk out feeling strong and totally recharged!
