Worst customer service, I bought a toy yesterday that I opened and it was broken. I tried returning the next day and the person was soooo rude as he was smirking and trying to imply that I broke it and probably trying to cheat the system. It was a cheap toy and i did not care about money but I absolutely abhorred the way he made me feel. I am not stepping into that shop ever again!!
Good Collection and Helpful Staffs, Nice place, Clean & well organized store to buy trending new toys. Highly recommend!
Great place, Great customer service.. especially by one humble Indian lady wearing a blazer who was of great help 🙏🏼 highly recommend this store 🙂
