Aah💙💙💙 love love love it! Took the first timer 2 classes, one with Tara and the other with Sarah; both were AMAZING, very friendly and guided me through out the class. You’ll feel refreshed and happy after I promise! Oh and I recommend having a smoothie after.

Love it here!!! Obsessed with the megaformer machine. Every instructor has their own styles. It was so hard for me at the beginning even though it was a beginner class😩but slowly it gets better! Enjoyed the class with Rania, Elias, Tara and Hadil. They are all amazing!!!! Space is compact and clean. They have towels, water machine, hair ties.. also coffee, smoothie, nutrition bar, active wears available if you fancy!!

I had the worst experience ever at this studio. I booked a class with Tara. She has a very bad attitude does not even acknowledge your presence. Class started, she got a phone call which she answered during the class!!! I had lower back pain and could not do some excersjses. Tried to make eye contact with her to ask for adjustment again ignored me. She pretended like she could not see that I was in pain with my lower back. She chats with I think her friends during the class. Which she actually does offer help/guidance. But if you’re not willing to help all your clients and offer help when injured, don’t be an instructor. The studio is basic, workout was ok but the attitude of the instructor made me never want to go back!

Came for the first time for a pilates class with machines and really enjoyed everything about the studio. Yes, i've read a few of the other negative reviews but i didn't find them accurate (at least in my own experience) yes, some classes are challenging but that's the point of pilates, no? anyways, loved the teacher, class, location, parking and atmosphere! will be coming back!

Here's my honest review. I attended a Pilates class today (Boost Signature Megaform) and, unfortunately, I won’t be coming back for the second class I already paid for. I just didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed in the studio. After the class, no one asked when I’d like to book my second class, offered to go over their packages, or even inquired about my experience with the coach or the class. This is what I usually expect from other studios, especially since I waited at the reception for around 15 minutes for my car. The coach was friendly and tried to give clear directions during the class, but I found it hard to follow along. This might have been because she was working out right next to me, making it tricky to keep looking to the side for guidance. One thing that made me really uncomfortable was that a student started filming during the class. The camera was pointed at her and the mirror behind her, which reflected the entire class. I was worried I might end up in the background of her video. - Class level: Medium to advanced - music too loud in small space - Cost: 155 for 2 classes - Studio cleanliness: good (hence the 1 star)
