Borders Express - Marina Mall

I like Borders and I like the educational gifts that they have although they are overpriced but what I don’t appreciate is how commercial and never client oriented their staff are. I was at Marina mall and wanted to buy a gift from there but the box was kind of teared and I asked the person assisting me her name is Alrose to either get another one or wrap it so it looks new because it is gift and she refused she said I have to pay for the wrapping paper which I fins so illogical to make customer pay for supplier mistake.
