I had an amazing one-hour trial squash session with Coach Ali Maqsood. The time flew by, and it was not only a fantastic cardio workout, but also a great introduction to the techniques and fundamentals of the game. Coach Ali has a real talent for breaking things down clearly and making you feel confident, even if you’re a complete beginner. He’s incredibly supportive and patient, always paying attention to how you’re doing and offering helpful corrections without making you feel overwhelmed. It’s clear that he’s passionate about what he does and genuinely invested in the progress of his students. His energy, positivity, and deep knowledge of the game made the session both productive and fun. I left feeling motivated and excited to keep learning. Highly recommend trying a session with him!
