Bhawana’s knowledge and expertise along with her ability to modify exercises to suit different fitness levels and needs creates a very positive learning environment that keeps you wanting to show up to every class. Highly recommend her classes
I’ve been training with Bhwana for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier. She’s an incredibly professional and caring Pilates instructor who pays close attention to form, posture, and alignment. Every class is unique and thoughtfully structured — challenging but always safe. I can already feel and see real progress in my body. Highly recommend Bhwana to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive Pilates teacher!
