They dont refund you even if you bought it in last 24 hrs unlike Bracchialini in Italy. I spoke to the store manager "WAHID" also and he said no refund either but arrogantly offered me other 3 exchange options which I wasn't interested in. I will speak to Customer Care Team again to see if they would listen?
Among the leather bags this is the most loved brand for me as it is colorful. There designs are very much unique. Crafted and painted designs make their bags unique in designs. There are variety of collection in wallets , shoulder bags and totes. Similar designed T shirt also available. Umbrellas , key chains, kids bags are also available.Staff members are very helpful for choosing our collection.
