When we first visited Dubai Mall branch, the customer service rep was so accommodating and so we bought a bag. After less more or less a year, 1 part of the flower accessories fel off. I went back to the branch and they promised to replace it. I waited for more than a month before it got replaced. And it’s when the issue started. Since I didn’t have time , I asked my sister to collect it instead. I was so delighted when I was informed that they replaced it with a new on te My sister was not aware of the bag’s issue and so upon handling the bag to her , she signed and left. Too bad that my sister didn’t take a photo of the bag before signing because when I finally got it from my sister, the same missing part was missing in the bag. I was so disappointed. I called the shop, sent them the photo of the bag but I got a very negative response from the representatives. They acted as if I was making a story instead of advising on what to do after all my bag is still under warranty.Bad experience from a luxury brand.

I ask you to put me in touch with the store manager. I will not allow a boorish attitude towards me from your sellers. especially with the one who worked December 25, 2022 at 8:10 pm
