I tried shopping with them via store and online. In store it's not the best for me unless you're buying make up or perfume Online is suuuuper amazing, the packaging and the fast delivery... everything is amazing They give you the option wether you pick up from store or deliver to home. If the order is big enough, delivery to home will be free My advice is : order online as they will pack your stuff in the best possible way unlike store just throw in the bag ( which is logical as there's no time to pack for each customer) For return and refund you don't have to keep physical receipt when the order is online, that's why I'm telling you online service is amazing. Honestly this is the best store where you can buy brands with good prices. Download the app and thank me later

Great Finds and Friendly Faces at Brands For Less! I always enjoy my visits to Brands For Less. The staff here are consistently kind and helpful, always ready to assist without being overbearing. It really makes for a pleasant shopping experience. There's a fantastic variety of clothes on offer, and it's exciting because every day there's something new to discover! You never know what gems you might find. However, I have to admit that sometimes the variety isn't as good, and it can be a hit or miss depending on the day. But when they hit, they really hit! Overall, it's definitely worth checking out regularly for some great deals.

Well, I just wanted to compliment the staff that are always extremely kind even tho they are constantly busy over there. Anyway, today I had a small cut on my finger that I made bleed again accidentally then 3 ladies that work there stopped their work to take care of it. They didn’t need to but they did it and I really appreciate that, just wanted to say a big thank you to those ladies (didn’t get to see their names) and congratulate the company for choose so well trained staff and with good people as well. 🤍

Extremely hard working and efficient staff. Entitled customers leaving low reviews are crazy. The staff here run the best operation I've seen in my whole life. High turnover, high volume, low margins. Crazy good!!!
