I had an amazing shopping experience at Brands in Oasis Mall. They have a great collection, and everything looked really nice. The staff were very professional and friendly. I bought a three trousers from this store and requested an alteration, which they agreed to do. But when I got home, I found the trousers still needed more adjustment. I went back to the store, but the manager refused to help or even check the issue. Her attitude was very unprofessional and uncooperative. Very disappointing service after making a purchase , I expected at least basic customer care and respect.

I have spent more than an hour here buying some executive menswear. I must say the variety of products is adequate, prices are fair. The attention and good service given to me by Muzameer are extraordinary. Very satisfied.

Was a great experience overall. We had to buy three of the same suits but different sizes for our fitness wedding, the salesperson Mr Magdy was very helpful and even went out of his way to source the suits for us that weren’t available in some of our sizes from their other stores around the UAE so that we all had the same suits. The alterations we perfect, and the deal we got for buying three suits was really good. Thank you Magdy for your great customer service.
