I called the Bric’s DFC Mall branch yesterday telling them of my wife’s Bric’s bag handle that broke during my recent travels (it’s a 9 year old Bric’s carry on). Brian managed to get me a new handle in just 24 hours and Shubham did the handy work to replace it today. Best part, they didn't even charge me for the new handle... Big thanks to the both of them and the Bric's Customer Care that replied to me this morning and very promptly! Best customer service in Dubai!. It was so good that I ended up buying a new bag as well! First image shows the replaced handle and 2nd is the new bag!
It was an amazing experienced, when the shop changed the wheels of my old suitcase for me. Thanks to Anjali and Brian for their great help
If you want to buy Bric's × Porsche design, go directly to the Porsche design in Dubai mall, they sell it at a cheaper price!
This is the first time I have purchased a Brics product. The experience there was quite good. Especially the sales staff Mr. Shubham was quite knowledgeable. They guided me. Knowing the history of the brand, now I am excited to add more items in my collection Thank you so much Mr. Shubham definitely I’ll visit again
