Broud Vision

Very bad company. Started cold calling me to get the DU internet connection upgraded and everything will be done on the same day during 4 hours window). Their technician came and got my DU internet canceled now i am without internet waiting for the new connection and these guys are not even responding. DU told me that they will send someone tomorrow.

Fraud, don't answer any calles from them. Someone called Salman called me and he pretended to be from du company, and he told me that my contract is expired and I have to renew it. I told him you're not from du, my contract is not expired and I hang up the phone. I wonder if there's a way to report this.

She randomly called me, spoke bad English, and asked if I use Du services. I said no, and she hung up. What a shitty company and its employees.

Very bad experience with Broad Vision, Applied for SIM on 16th April 2025( emergency situation) still pending after 7 days. at last I had to buy from Du store. They only respond on WhatsApp, can't reach them by call. Please improve service.

This is s fraudulent company Tried to tamper with my DU account and access. Du called up asking if I asked cancel the service and realised that this company was tampering with my service.
