Warm and welcoming staff -very good vibes. I came with a mess mop of hair and didn't really know what to do with it but I knew I needed a cut to start over. Lisa assessed my hair and advised on what would work best and I gave her free range to do whatever works. I'm super glad I trusted her and the process,I love my new look!! I just got my hair done, and it was such a cool experience! The salon had a really chill vibe, so I felt at ease right away. Abby took the time to hear me out and gave me some awesome suggestions. She really knows her stuff when it comes to different hair types and colors and she helped me find a style that totally fits my face shape and undertones. I loved that she checked in to make sure I was happy with everything as we went along. I’m super happy with my new color haircut! Abby has serious skills and pays attention to all the little details. Delighted by the level of service, the professionalism and the transparency with the prices during all the prices from booking to delivery. I found my place with Brown Sugar saloon. Can’t wait to try the lashes and the nails. For the hairstyle, all clients who left the saloon when I was there look amazing when they left. Kieva who took care of my hair style, listened, suggested, and demonstrated with the results that she really get me. I had a consultation and will definitely come back for the natural hair styling. I am so please to know there is in Dubai a place who really care for the hair and the people.
