Visited the Bur Dubai Medical Fitness & Occupational Health Screening Center (Salem Center) for my visa medical. The staff were polite and the place was clean, but the whole process took more time than expected—even though it was fairly organized. There’s no parking, so taking the metro (Sharaf DG station is close by) is your best option. The waiting areas were okay, but it felt like things moved a bit slowly at each step. Not chaotic, just… slow. Overall, it’s a reliable place with decent service, but be prepared to spend a good chunk of your day there.

In comparison with previous Medical Fitness Centers scattered over Dubai, this center is state of the art. There is free basement parking available for 2 hours for customers visiting Salem. The center is located on Mezzanine level. As soon as you exit the elevator, there is personnel waiting to assist you and offer directions. There are signs everywhere guiding you and plenty of seating available in each section. The transition time between each waiting area is only around 1 minute walk. Plenty of screens available announcing the ticket numbers. There are plenty of small cubicles where the medical checks are done. All new equipment and very neat. The nurse was very polite and professional. The entire process took a maximum of 20 minutes even though there were around 30 people ahead of me. I would like to commend this facility and ease of service. It was such a smooth and flawless experience. Hands down best experience I have had yet.

I visited this medical centre today for my tests, and I must say all the staff were very organised and cooperative. This is my 5th time doing medicals in Dubai, and this was by far the best and smoothest experience. All the staff were highly professional and well-coordinated. A special mention to Ms. Sabitha, while taking my blood, I informed her about my previous bad experience at another branch in Al Nahda, where the person seemed irritated due to a long queue and caused me unnecessary pain and bruising for 3 days. Ms. Sabitha handled the procedure so gently that I didn’t even feel it. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent and smooth service.
