You have failed my ID verification multiple times without any reason or explanation of why I failed. when I asked I was told to upload documents on website and not the app (you should say this from the start) Even when I uploaded from website you still failed my verification.Withdrawing and amount was also a pain. Your website looks professional with the Binance theme but sadly the worst exchange I have ever tried.
