The classic suite which is the cheapest one is quite enough for single or family travelers. Very big rooms with sitting area and bedroom separated. It has a big balcony and small kitchen with microwave, washing machine, tea and coffee making kettle. The kitchen also has plates, forks and knives for the in-house snacks. Very clean room and housekeeping works very good (thanks to Angela). I liked every part of the room. It has also a very big bathroom. Comfortable beds and each room has a TV set. The hotel is on top of the shopping mall (Burjuman Mall). You won’t get bored. You can buy your food from the fast food restaurants as well as there is a supermarket (Carrefour) for your any need. The only thing I did not like very much is the variety of the breakfast which was served at the third floor of the hotel. It could be better.

Check in/out was smooth and quick. The hotel apartment concept with washing machine and dryer help me a lot when i travel light. The location of the hotel is excellent with direct access to Burjuman Mall at Level 3 and walking distance to metro station via the mall. It helps much during summer season where you don't get sweat. The swimming pool is family friendly with less than 1mtr depth. All staff an helpful and polite. The hotel also comply with the Covid19 guidelines so you will feel safe during your stay.

It was my 1st experience to book a hotel apartment online out of my country. But I should admit that I will never forget the stay over here and probably in future if i visit again I sure will stay at this place. The room that I booked online to my surprise the day when i checked in they upgraded my room with no extra cost on 11th floor with a beautiful view and Panaromic windows around the living room. There is a kitchen in the room if u like to cook and washer dryer too.Its like home away from home.The service was par excellence. All the staff too. Worth paying for 10 day stay. Very convenient place for transportation facility.

I loved the sitting room. I loved the bathroom. To be honest, there isn't much I didn't like about the place. The receptionist was cordial (even if she wasn't so warm) but that's no issue for me. I loved the kitchen. Everything was really nice. Add that to the fact that this place is directly attached to Burjuman Mall, and I'm a happy camper
