Would like to mention about the staff named Kuda Charles who was very helpful....I visit burjuman often and he is one staff who is always smiling and doing his work even in this heat...all the best Kuda...I guess burjuman needs more staff like u.

Spent 6 hours in burjuman mall with my family, thinking its free for 3 hours and balance 3 hours they will validate the ticket If I did shopping in the mall. I spent nearly Aed 600 in this mall and had to pay Aed 60 parking charges for 3 hours extra spent. This spoilt my hole day and had to leave with a bad mood. The management have to atleast consider that the customer is spending time at their mall not thinking about parking charges so they can sopbaround peacefully. I had a very bad experience. Instead I would prefer some other malls who atleast validate tickets for customers who shop at the mall. I request the management to refund the parking money.

Please guys don’t trust them see no from 1 years they are telling us I will update but they didn’t they take our money 💴 but now they r nit returning so before go there think 10000 time so 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
