The worst service I have ever experienced with Basco. For the past 3 days the office is been locked and they don't have a landline so we can contact the main office.+971 4 4474915 it's not valid On top of that they keep messing up cheque deposits and refuse to refund the mistake they make. I need to report this company to the authorities to take action agenst them.

The worst communication and organisation with new untrained staff they dont call us and leave kids go upstairs alone !!!! Bus teachers cant understand English, they are well trained in asking about fees and booking at this point they are well communicated except that they dont answer even parents phones , ask kids about their location although they have our makani number!!!! And they ignored all parents comments with a worst way of carelessness
