If I could give less than 0 stars, I absolutely would. Our experience at C Central Hotel was nothing short of disappointing due to a complete lack of organization and non-existent customer service. From the moment we arrived at the pool to relax and enjoy our day, there was not a single staff member who greeted us or offered any help. Instead, one of the lifeguards rudely told us to “go down, there’s no space here,” without making any effort to assist us in finding available chairs. The attitude was unacceptable. Things only got worse once we entered the pool area. The hygiene and overall quality were far below what you’d expect from a hotel in Dubai. Around 70% of people in the pool were not wearing appropriate swimwear—many were in regular clothes, including football uniforms. It was shocking and clearly against health and safety standards. To make matters worse, children were running around and swimming in the adult pool while the kids’ pool was barely used. When I raised my concerns with the supervisor, he admitted that swimming in regular clothes is not allowed—but in reality, no one was enforcing the rules. It felt like a free-for-all, with no staff taking responsibility or maintaining basic standards. This hotel seriously needs to retrain their staff and rethink how they manage their facilities. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent experience in Dubai

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a lovely experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality. The hotel itself is beautiful - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. However, I did have a negative experience that really affected my stay. I booked a manicure and pedicure for £200 in the beauty department. During the pedicure, I was made to feel very uncomfortable by a male staff member who was far too touchy and unprofessional in his manner. It crossed boundaries and left me feeling uneasy to the point that I didn't return the next day for the manicure - I just couldn't face going back. It's not even about the money, though it is frustrating to have paid for a service I didn't receive. What's more disappointing is that I reported the incident to the hotel and was told someone would follow up with me, but I've yet to hear anything back. It's a real shame, because aside from that, the hotel got so much right. I hope they take this kind of feedback seriously, as guests should always feel safe, respected, and listened to.
