I had a specific problem that needed to solve, the idea is to adapt existing light mount on my bike to fit a new tail light model. It involved reverse engineering and designing a new part. The team was professional and worked diligently starting from part conceptualisation, design, modeling, iteration and up to final part printing. The worst employee I have ever dealt with, his name is Sai. I contacted him at first about making a model and sent him the picture and he gave me an approximate amount of around a thousand dirhams.. I went to the factory and gave them the model and they gave me an approximate price of around two thousand dirhams.. After that, they contacted me and set the final price at 4,600 dirhams 😤😟 Lack of credibility and transparency with the customer and an exaggerated price 👎🏻
