Had an amazing experience buying from Cagau. I realize a lot of people will feel nervous wiring money overseas, but their communication is excellent. They are very transparent and responsive every step of the way. Once the payment cleared, they had the watch shipped within a couple of days. US customs took a few days to clear, but Cagau stayed in touch and kept me updated. The watch arrived exactly as expected – the packaging was perfect, the paperwork was all in order, and the watch itself is amazing. Overall, they were great to deal with, and I couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to the team at Cagau! I’m looking forward to seeing you guys when I visit Dubai!
