Camali Clinic: Child and Adult Mental Health

We attempted to make an appointment with a child psychologist for guidance and support, but were met with resistance from the person handling the bookings. She was argumentative and insisted we provide a diagnosis before proceeding. This is deeply concerning, if we were able to diagnose our own child, we wouldn’t be seeking professional help in the first place. It's especially troubling given the sensitivity of children's mental health.

I would like to say big thank you to Divia, she is the best therapist, incredible, so caring, so understendable, I love how she leads therapy and she speaks, not only listens. She helped me a looot and changed my life in couple of months. Thank you so so much for all the effort and care! Would recommend her to everyone who is going through difficult time.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had in Dubai for adult. Kids crying while you’re trying to focus. The JLT branch is quite bad, and I’m not quite confident about the level of professionalism they have. It was an utter waste of my time.

The clinic is amazing, the centre is beyond excellent, Rana in the reception is the sweetest person ever with such a welcoming and supportive professional approach. She always supports us in securing my child appointment, letters, reports, insurance, and so on. While she maintain a supportive and professional approach she still manages to alleviate the stress by her kind attitude. She is a star Overall majestic performance showing great consolation to when a child is upset.

We met with Ms Farah Hassan for occupational therapy for about twice a week and then once a week over the course of a year. I can say that she pays close attention to detail, extremely professional and compassionate with our kids. I saw gradual and consistent improvement in the overall wellbeing of my son. I highly recommend her.
