I lost my weight 35kg with Cambridge and I definitely recommend the Cambridge weight plan to anyone seriously who wants to lose weight. The weight comes off very easily if done correctly and no hassle. With the support of the nutritionists available such as Rupal she gives her 💯 to understand and listen and support me rightly, and very kind support from Priya she was extremely through this journey in 2009 till also helpful and available at any time for any queries. Cambridge 1:1 diet-changed my life. I joined Cambridge 1:1 diet plan when I was 131 kgs. I was having difficulties in various physical activities with severe leg cramps. After joining Cambridge diet, my weight loss journey started from the first week itself and as I went on reducing weight i felt immense changes in my body, my fitness and my life. I ended my weight loss journey at 89kgs by loosing all most 42kgs in 1 year. The most important was that all I lost was purely fat from my body. My fitness level currently has improved significantly and that too without going to GYM or a fitness center. Of course I did exercise according to the guidance from cambridge. Thank you to Rupal Purohit, my dietitian at Cambridge for her very professional guidance throughout my weight loss journey. She gave me lot of confidence. She has helped me to learn food discipline and fitness routine in a manner that even after I left my diet, I am able to maintain my weight and fitness. The whole set up and team here are excellent. I've used CWP/1:1 in the UK in the past where a pyramid scheme is in operation and it's not always the most professional service. The Dubai service is excellent with a fit for purpose office and a team who really know what they are doing. 2 months in and I've lost 14.5kg, which is great.

If u want a short cut to reduce your weight their products are good for that.. but keep in mind after that u still need to do exercise else u will be back again with same weight.
