If you choose to shop for souvenirs at the Dubai Mall, it will still be more expensive than, for example, in Deira, Bur Dubai or other places with fewer tourists. Camel Company, in my experience, is probably one of the most expensive I've been to, but they actually have generally better quality on some products - and now it was even possible to buy stamps there, because postcards are nice to send to the youngest children, who don't yet have a mobile phone, tablet or the like. Or simply send postcards - because you can be a little different.

I recently visited your shop and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff member working during my visit 16 November 11.00amwas not only unhelpful but also seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Her attitude was notably rude and arrogant, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere. As a tourist, it was especially disheartening, as first impressions matter, and this experience has unfortunately led us to decide that we will not be returning. It's crucial that the staff be trained in professionalism and customer service, as it reflects directly on the reputation of your store. I sincerely hope that you address this issue to ensure future customers don't face the same negative experience.

This shop scammed my 7 year old son of 27 dirums. Because he accidently dropped an item. Real crooks. Please tourist's don't go to this shop. The female there robbed my 7 year old!!!

I WAS SCAMMED Worst shopping experience in dubai mall and i will never step foot in that place again. I got scammed by their "no refund" policy. No sign, no board, It is showing after you pay and get the receipt printed on the receipt AFTER YOU PAY

Who wouldn't give this place 5 star!! What is there to complain about? This gift shop have everything and at reasonable price as well. I found this little charming shop, when I was strolling around in the streets and I fell in love with the place.
