Hotel has a very nice ambiance. Upon arrival we’ve been offered a welcome drinks. Reception guy is very accommodating, he even upgraded our room and gave us a late check-out. However, pool and lounges closes at sunset which is disappointing. It would have been better if they can operate extended hours. Overall stay is okay. Thank you

Enjoyed my stay at Canal Central. The rooms are generally clean and comfy. The amenities are nice. The washrooms require maintenance. The faucet detached with me and the sink was also not in tact completely. The shower douche didn’t work as well as the bidet douche. The phone in the room was not working too. Note that we didn’t experience this in the other room as our rooms were connecting. The front desk is unresponsive. We had to call them four times to open the door for our connecting rooms. Service at the breakfast buffet is phenomenal. The food was great and the team were very responsive, accommodating, and efficient. We were super impressed with their service. Overall, a nice stay, would come back.

Both check-in and check-out were smooth and professional. The room was spotless, modern, and simply flawless. We especially loved the elegant rooftop pool and lounge area with a stunning view – the perfect place to relax. The hotel’s location was also ideal: central, peaceful, and well connected. The breakfast was excellent as well – a wide variety, fresh, and delicious. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. We’d happily return anytime.

Great Stay with Some Tips for Future Guests My wife and I stayed here during our trip to Dubai and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While we did encounter a few issues with the room upon arrival, these were mostly resolved after contacting the front desk a few times. One thing to note is that food and drink prices at the hotel were quite high — we paid nearly €30 for a few snacks and two drinks. For those looking for more affordable dining options, I highly recommend downloading the Careem app. We ordered full meals for two through it and paid no more than €17 in total, with delivery straight to the hotel. The breakfast selection at the hotel was excellent, with plenty of variety to choose from. Transportation to and from the hotel was also smooth and convenient using Careem. We’ve saved this hotel for our next visit to Dubai, and would definitely recommend it to others — especially if you're aware of a few practical tips in advance.
