Mr Mark, Agent of this company. Spoke to him only twice for our requirement to book a short term rent in Dubai. He shared quote and when I sent him message saying I feel the cost is high as he is asking for commission of 1200 AED for the short term we wanted to book for only 6 nights, he replied really rude. Attached in WhatsApp screenshot. And this is how the agent is trained to deal with clients. Really bad experience.

He was absolutely fantastic, very responsive to messages, answered all our questions, ensured the property was delivered to us in great condition. After we moved in kept in touch and acted fast with any minor fixes. Incredibly professional and very supportive with setting up the Ejari, contract and all other admin support. Highly recommend.
