I went there by mistake thinking it was the shop that sold me my laptop through Amazon; the guy asked me if I am sure I had bought it from Amazon and I got irritated - turns out it was my mistake and I got into the wrong shop. They were VERY courteous & when I realized I was in the wrong here I apologized. Didn't buy a thing but cheer fact they behaved this way means they r respectful sellers. Sorry again guys

Very very lazy and worst response several time calls and msg 👎 response will raise complaint to HP, why don't keep talented active sales team name waSEEM
