I am proud to say that I’m a student at Capital University, and I am blessed with the best lecturers too. I would like to especially mention about the admissions officer Mr. Ben, is the most supportive coordinator I have ever met in my life so far. No matter what he is occupied with, he is always welcome to escalate your questions to him, and he will get back to you with the best answers and solutions. I really want to thank Ben for making students life so easy. When an organization has these types of accurate and professional employees, it helps to drive the organization towards its vision. 😇

I completed my MBA at this university, and while Professor Fawzia was very helpful throughout my studies, I encountered significant issues with the administration. Due to a cancer diagnosis, I had to postpone my studies, but I was still required to pay a 2000 re-entry fee for postponing by two semesters. Despite this setback, I continued and completed my degree. I was assured I would receive my degree certification by June/July of this year. However, it is now September, and I have yet to receive it, nor have I had any communication from the university except confirmation that I passed my thesis. If the university can enforce extra fees for delays to my studies, which I paid without complaint, then it is unacceptable for them to expect me to wait more than two months beyond the promised time for a certification that I urgently need to secure my position.
