I recently got my new Kia Seltos tinted at Car Habibi, and I must say — they did an amazing job! They showed me different options based on my budget without compromising on quality. The staff were extremely supportive, friendly, and professional throughout the process. I truly appreciate their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for car tinting or related services. Avoid this shop, especially for window tinting. I came in with perfectly clean windows—no scratches at all—and after the tinting, one of the windows had clear scratches. I returned the next day to raise the issue, and the manager told me to wait while they checked. In the end, they did nothing and even laughed it off, denying responsibility. I have clear proof that my glass was flawless before their work, yet they still claimed they didn’t cause the damage. Save yourself the trouble—go somewhere else.

Very disappointing experience — avoid this shop, especially for tinting. I brought my car in with spotless windows and left with visible scratches after they installed the tint. When I returned the next day to raise the concern, the manager asked me to wait while they “checked,” but nothing was done. Instead, they denied everything and even laughed about it. I have clear proof that the scratches weren’t there before the tint was applied, but they refused to take responsibility. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Car Habibi. The overall experience was unacceptable — the communication was poor, the service quality was substandard, and the workmanship was far below expectations. I paid 12,000 AED for a front lip and wrapping job, but the results were very disappointing, as shown in the attached pictures. The wrapping was poorly done, and the front lip quality was not up to standard. Moreover, the team was unprofessional and failed to deliver on the promises and agreements we initially made. They changed their terms without notice and did not complete the work as agreed. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Car Habibi to anyone.
