Extremely frustrating experience… Carplanet installed a CarPlay box in my car that doesn’t even produce sound — the most basic thing you’d expect to work. They promised their technician would fix it within a week. It’s now been over three weeks, and no one has shown up. No updates. No follow-up. Nothing. I’ve called and messaged multiple times, desperately trying to get someone to respond. I’ve been completely ignored. I trusted them with my car, and they’ve let me down. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend Carplanet to anyone. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

I was told to come here for any audio issues I had, so I brought my Toyota Prado to get the head unit addressed. The team informed me that the unit I currently had was a chinese brand, in which affected some of the functions my family needed. I went with the Pioneer DMH6650BT head unit which is a perfect fit, and the functions were phenominal! The price was on point, Shameem & the team was great, I'll definitely be back when I get another vehicle. Thank you!
