Incredibly convenient and smooth. They have definitely made my life easier when it comes to out-of-warranty car maintenance and repair. They absolutely love what they do and I do too. When I tried CarLogik for the first time I was surprised by the level of service they provided. A couple of months later, I was surprised even more when they started reminding me of my car’s service and some parts that needed replacing or repair.. they absolutely know about my car more than I do.

Really pleased with the service I received. I was dealing with Ali who was liasing with ICC Garage Dubai for a major service of my car it desperately needed. Everything was very transparent and I was given videos from the garage as well and explaining everything. If you’re confused about anything they will take the time to clarify it. Just a lengthier time than promised but I made the mistake of giving my car on Saturday, and Sundays are off and they could only start on Monday. Also since mine was a major service and I was replacing broken parts I think the time taken was necessary for a good job to be done. And I’m so pleased with how smooth and soundless my car is running now 😍 Best to keep 2 days buffer if you’re giving your car for a major service ✌🏽

CarLogik are the best when it comes to proper diagnosis of vehicle, repairs and servicing. I had previously sent my Ford Escape to them for service and on second visit they waived the diagnosis fee. They kept their promise to completing the job and also delivery. In all two visits they delivered as per promise and where there was frequent updates on progress.Excellent job,keep it up!
