While the availability of fruits and vegetables is adequate, I found the fruit prices to be slightly higher than expected, and the variety of vegetables could be improved. On the positive side, the store features a self-service counter, adding convenience for customers looking for a quick checkout experience. One of the main advantages of this mart is its accessibility, as it is located at the ground level of my building, making it a great option for emergency or last-minute purchases. The staff is cooperative and helpful, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Bought few last minute valentine items which I found pretty good at price for small gifting .Overall, it’s a good place for everyday essentials, though expanding product variety could enhance the shopping experience further.

Visited at night — the place looked lovely from the outside, but inside was a complete letdown. It was dirty, disorganized, and there was absolutely no customer service. The bread was stale, the chicken tasted off, and the entire space felt messy and neglected, with no staff in sight. Really disappointed with the experience.

They’ve got variety of products . Their prices are also affordable . I think they are one of the big brands out there cus I saw their stores in both Dubai and Doha . They’ve got a self check out system as well as customer service option . They accept payments in different currencies as well . Card payment is also accepted

I entered the store and there were customers at the checkout area. I took what I wanted and stood in line to pay. There were two Filipino girls there and two customers paying. Since I entered, I waited for a long time and no one told me that there was a problem and that I had to go to the next cashier. After I told them that I was late, they said, “We apologize, madam. Go there. Why didn’t you tell me? Since I stood in line, why didn’t you see me?” The matter took more than 20 minutes while I was waiting and they didn’t care. When I spoke, they told me that I had to go to the opposite side. Very bad service and I will never come back again. I was late for work because of their negligence and I couldn’t buy what I wanted.

We had a 10hours stopover in Dubai and decided to visit Dubai mall. We spent some time there and decided to visit supermarket to buy some stuff. So the google maps showed us this Carrefour supermarket s the nearest one. So we ordered a taxi as I thought it would be difficult to walk as it is hot. So it took us 10-15minutes to get out and then reach this place )) Despite my expectation the supermarket was very small. But it had the things I planned to buy. We purchased lots of stuff for presents and home. You can come out and easily get the taxi as there is a taxi stop, that is very convenient though. I am glad we cam here.
