I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the incredible team at Cars Taxi for their honesty, and exceptional customer service. Last night, I unknowingly dropped my personal wallet inside a Cars Taxi vehicle I had taken from Ibn Battuta Mall. Hours later, upon realizing it was missing, I returned to the exact location where I boarded the taxi. A kind gentleman working at the Cars Taxi stand went out of his way to assist me, guiding me to their head office in Al Quoz. From the moment I arrived at the office, I was welcomed with respect and care. The team immediately took my case seriously and began investigating the trip history. Thanks to the sharp response of Mr. Levy, who worked on the system, they were able to identify the driver, Mr. Sajid Ali, who confirmed that a good-hearted passenger who rode after me found the wallet in the back seat and handed it over to him. Special recognition goes to: Mohammad Al Sajan – the kind supervisor at the main office whose leadership and integrity shine through. Levy – the system specialist who tracked the trip so efficiently. Sajid Ali – the honest driver who ensured the wallet was kept safe. Firdous Khan Waris Khan – the driver who personally took me to the main office, waited patiently through the whole process, and dropped me back home safely after midnight. These are decent, humble, and well-mannered individuals who embody the true spirit of service. Cars Taxi is fortunate to have such dedicated people on their team. You have definitely earned my trust and respect. Thank you!

The taxi driver drove me in circles downtown twice after missing two entrances to Dubai mall twice. It was a 3’ distance from DAMAC Maison Mall Street to Dubai Mall which I normally would have walked but it was raining. The driver once finally in the mall passed by 3 entrance points in the Dubai Mall parking area including the official designated taxi drop off spot where I requested to be dropped off but he refused as he had taken the wrong lane and there was security, then he drove through the parking looking for another entrance or a way to go back but he didn’t find any so he panicked and dumped me in the middle of a Dubai Mall parking lot nowhere close to an entrance point at a distant part of the parking area. I had to enter several elevator facilities that just took me from one level to the parking to another without connecting to the mall. There was not a living soul around for me to ask for help. It took me 25’ wandering and searching within the parking until I finally found someone to guide me to the closest entrance point which was a 15’ walk. At this point I was at the brink of tears and mental breakdown and almost had a panic attack feeling trapped in that endless parking lot with no indication or sign of direction. Needless to say I was late for my appointment which was at 13:00 but with the driver getting lost and then being dumped in the parking lot I finally arrived at 13:55 (got in the taxi 12:50). For a 3 minute ride.
