Such a lovely place! The atmosphere is really cozy and aesthetic — you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The staff were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. I came in to get my nails done and was really happy with the results. You can tell they care about their work and about making sure every client leaves happy. The salon is clean, stylish, and has a calming vibe that makes you want to stay longer. Honestly, it’s one of those places you just want to come back to. Highly recommend checking it out — I’ll definitely be returning!

I had an amazing experience at Casa Aire Wellness! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. The massage was a perfect 5/5—so relaxing, with just the right amount of pressure to release tension while still feeling soothing. The body scrub was also fantastic, leaving my skin unbelievably smooth and refreshed. I forgot the name of the person who did my scrub, but she was so knowledgeable and took the time to advise me on post-pregnancy exercises to help me reach my goal size and weight loss—such a thoughtful and personalized touch! The spa itself was spotless and had a calming ambiance, making it the perfect space to unwind. I also loved the little extras, like being offered salad and drinks—it made the experience feel even more luxurious. One small suggestion would be to use hot towels on the face when pushing hair back during the massage, as it would add an extra layer of comfort. I also heard they have heated beds, which sound amazing, so next time, it would be great to be asked if I’d like to use one. Overall, I had such a wonderful experience and left feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend Casa Aire Wellness to anyone looking for a relaxing and top-quality spa treatment—I’ll definitely be returning!

Wow! Just booked a last minute Korean facial with Danielle. I did not expect to enter to such a hidden gem! So tranquil, peaceful and relaxing. The Korean facial included a skin test beforehand. Danielle was so knowledgeable, she knew all the Korean products I already use and helped with additional items I could use. The facial was so much better than I expected! I went in there with a headache, rough dehydrated skin and came out glowing and feeling so fresh!! Definitely will be back!

Had the oxygen therapy and facial combo. The treatment felt clinical in the best way. clean, quiet, and focused. My skin responded beautifully. This place understands subtle luxury. The lady on the bar gave me lemon cake after!!!

I visited Casa Air Wellness for the Korean Glow Facial, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I booked with a technician (not a doctor), and the treatment began with a skin test, which initially felt professional. Based on the technician’s recommendation, I proceeded with microneedling with salmon DNA. While the facial itself went fine, I began experiencing discomfort in one eye shortly afterward. By the next day, my eye was swollen and red. When I raised my concern with the center,the manager was defensive right from the start and quickly blamed the issue on my contact lenses. I’ve had microneedling done before—always while wearing lenses—and never experienced any reaction. If contact lenses are a known risk during the procedure, this should have been communicated clearly in advance. I visited an ophthalmologist after 2 days as my eye was still very swollen and was diagnosed with an eye infection. I could not wear contact lenses for at least a week and prescribed medication to treat the inflammation. Despite this negative experience, I still attempted to book Dr. Fernanda for Botox as I heard good comments about her. On WhatsApp (which I think is managed by the same manager), I was told she was fully booked. However, when I reached out via Instagram, I was suddenly given an appointment for the next day. That appointment was then canceled and deposit returned without any call or explanation—and no one replied to my messages on either WhatsApp or Instagram when I asked why. This was a new, shockingly low level of customer service that I’ve never experienced before.
