It was my first time flying with this airline and I am so happy that I chose this, it gave so much comfort while traveling from HK to DXB, the service was top notch and the overall atmosphere was so good and the most important it was very comfortable especially for the long flights, keep it up

This is a scam airline! They deceive you with a relatively good price and once you pay and it gets deducted from your credit card, they then increase the prices so you have to re-book again, while their customer service say it is an “error from an undistinguishable factor”!! Please stay away far away!!

My husband was travelling in this Airline from Dxb to HK and someone has stolen his credit card which he kept inside his wallet in the handbag and used it in 7-ELEVEN store in HK.. We are not getting any support from Bank or Cathay Pacific.. Cathay Pacific mailed us back they will review our case and reply back in 2 weeks.. by that time the CCTV visuals will also be gone.. There is no way we can get back our money..The worst experience ever..

Unprofessional & bad service. All bad possible attitude by the ground staff in Dubai representing Cathay Pacific! Will never travel with them again!
