Great area to live with a family and friends many facilities, they have a great area for sport except gym venue.

Don't buy Property here at Cedre villas or even Rent . Maintenance so baddd EVEN IF YOU PAY Yearly maintenance. Takes few Days to Comply . Had AC Issue pay Everything and still need to keep following them to Fix. If you don't have yearly maintenance, you have to pay more per service. Like us who have yearly maintenance, they will not attend to emergencies because they said they are short of staff.
