Stay far away from this company, save your company from financial losses and your mental capital from being depleted dealing with them. First of all they will never give you a direct number to the dispatcher , they will only give you a 04 landline number that have to call for updates. They will charge you a small load fee even if you order alot of concrete but one last truck will have less cubic metres. Their prices are much higher than competition. Their app CEMEX GO is only for show, if you are a small/medium sized business you cannot use it unless you are their credit customer , meaning you need to order hundreds of thousands of worth of concrete. No support for smaller business. Finally the cherry on top if you order concrete with them and they give you a date of delivery, if some other huge customer will order you will be pushed last in the list until they finish the delivery to the big customer. We had a booking 3pm , for residential tower gunite works for pool, we had crane booked for 8 hours, the concrete arrived 1am!! Unbeliavable , and they kept ignoring us, cancelling our calls, people are waiting for them also in the site costing us money, we paid thousands extra for the crane which they never compensated us. ZERO APPOLOGY, ZERO UNDERSTANDING. This is one of the most rubbish concrete companies in UAE and the high rating is probably fake reviews. Stay away.

Omg believe me guys if your contractor don’t trust this company they really unprofessional and their driver are really misbehaving Never answer the phone and when ever they pick the call never give the right information they send drivers ids since 1 years expired documents no eid no regestration card Ill recommend you guys but from others even bit expensive but don’t put yourself in risk cause of these guys Glecy , Syed, Padam, Salhawat are super rude .

The worst service I have ever received. Booked for 9am to be told 10am then 11am and that I should work through the midday labor ban if I want to finish my project before Eid. A consistency of lies to buy time and 20 calls from drivers who can’t speak English and can’t even understand directions in their own language. No compensation given for delay and a simple sorry but deal with it answer. Disgraceful service with no care for other companies who have timeframes and deadlines!
