I had a wonderful experience at Centrepoint in Dubai Mall, thanks to Lina! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout my visit. Lina went out of her way to assist me with my shopping and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to find staff who are so dedicated and attentive. Thank you, Lina, for making my shopping experience so pleasant!

I met a lady called Sofia, customer service , she was incredible, very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products at center point Dubai mall. She deserves a promotion because she was very helpful, not only me she helped but everyone that she assisted. Sofia thank you so much. Keep it up

I was in a hurry when I visited the shop, and thankfully, I was assisted by a lovely girl named Sofia. She was super quick, immediately understood what I needed, and got me everything without wasting any time. On top of that, she was funny, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Out of everyone, she’s the only one who truly helped me without any hassle or delay. I’m really happy with my experience thanks to her professionalism and positive attitude. I honestly wish more shops had people like Sofia—she made my visit so smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend asking for Sofia if you go to Centerpoint Dubai mall branch

The cashiers are very unprofessional!!! ( kids section counter dubai mall) I hope i can give 0 star in this review. It’s just me and 2 guys in the line and I waited for almost 20 mins for just 2 items!!! The cashier (asian with short hair) didn’t even acknowledged me or atleast say Hi while waiting or guide me that there is self check out counter and when I’ve asked her, she’s rude and even didn’t look me in the eye like am invisible. When i check the other counter and it seems the self check out counter is unavailable. I wasted my time and ended up pissed off not buying the item. Kindly train your staff with proper customer service etiquette and ensure they work properly. This is not the first time I encountered this kind of attitude In centerpoint staff. It seems they need a training!
