Century Express Courier Service

Had a good experience with Century Express. I had to send a package from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, and everything went smoothly. The pickup was on time, and the delivery didn’t take long at all. The staff I spoke to were polite and answered my questions without any issues. Would use them again if I need to send something across cities.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. Despite clearly informing the courier and the supplier multiple times that I am at work during the day and no one is home, my parcel was rescheduled for delivery to a new location without proper coordination. I specifically requested and was promised by both the supplier and the courier that the delivery would take place in the early morning. However, after following up with customer care, I was shocked to find that the delivery has now been marked for the evening—completely disregarding all prior communication and agreements. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I expect immediate action to rectify this and ensure the parcel is delivered as promised.

So rude, no heads up. I received a call and said my delivery ( sensitive documents ) are here. I was not ablvailable ( actually on a business call ) "can you come back later?" "NO! I Have 60 other deliveries" - An urgument insued and I requested my documents to be returned to sender. I picked them up personally. In my 18 years in Dubai I have never experienced this level of rudeness and arogance in a courier service. If you are thinking of using Century for you client facing deliveries, please reconsider

Service is good. As an online buyer. I get to experience lots of courier company's for my delivery. As for my experience of Century Express its one that did not give me headache on the delivery of my parcel. Delivery on time and the drivers are easy to deal with. I hope they will keep it up.

I had a terrible experience with a Century Express Courier delivery. The delivery guy was extremely rude and even told me to “shut up” during our conversation. When I mentioned that I would file a complaint, he confidently told me to go ahead—showing zero professionalism or respect. I called customer service and reported the incident, but after seeing so many negative reviews, it’s clear that the company has not taken action to improve. Century Express should seriously reconsider their hiring and training process to ensure their staff treats customers with basic manners and professionalism. Customers deserve respect—we’re paying for a service, not for rudeness. The company should not tolerate such behavior.
