Terrible Experience with CMS Factory LLC! I had a very bad experience dealing with CMS Factory LLC. They have been completely unresponsive, I’ve received no meaningful communication. The delivery of materials has been delayed by over a month, causing serious disruptions to our project timeline. To make matters worse, Mr. Giri, who is supposed to be responsible for handling our case, has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend CMS Factory LLC to anyone looking for timely and reliable service. Very disappointing and frustrating!
We are dealing with CMS for about 4 yrs. Filters divisions are fine. Yet shutters division- the whole team maintaining the record of the worst supplier dealing with Us. Worst as per the record. Dare urself to prove me right.
