Worst Valuation experience , we did a valuation for SOBHA GREENS same apartment as contract F and title deed - but Sobha greens is divided into phases so building number on the title deed is different than the building , after 15 days they asked for verfication from Sobha and in the end the valuation was rejected from their side I wasted my time visiting the site twice , i got them confirmation from SOBHA although they have to do the investigation but they didn't we went to the building IBRAHIM started talking hindi with the security disrespecting me that im standing with them UNEXPERIENCED - UNPROFESSIONAL - WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
5 star review easily, all thanks to Mr. Asif Iqbal, amazing customer service care and services.
The place is easy to find and its very near to metro station. And also, there's lots of parking space around the building and many restaurant around the area.
