Great quality and good prices. The commercial agents were very friendly and helpful, especially a lady named Manal. She was incredibly sweet and helped me choose the perfect bag for my wife. Manal was very patient, giving me plenty of time and suggesting several excellent options since I couldn’t decide. Eventually, I trusted her taste, and it turned out great—my wife loved it!

This is a more sad experience than anything. I came in the store all excited because I received AED 300 gift certificate as a 30th birthday gift from a close friend. I wanted to get the AED 175 wallet so I entered the amount on the app (YouGotAGift) but then the Sales Associate delete the custom AED 175 that I typed in, and selected the full AED 300 and redeemed it. It took me by surprise because I wasn't gonna use the whole AED 300 in Charles & Keith alone. She tried to revert it but it's not possible. Then, she left? And assisted another customer. I was confused by the whole transaction, I didn't know what was going on and what the resolution would be for the mistake. But the Sales Associate is very dismissive and I don't have her full attention. It's always on another customer who just walked in, and I AM CHECKING OUT. Confused by the entire ordeal, she again left and didn't come back then I saw her assisting another customer. I tried to be patient and understanding considering that the store was busy. But she was assisting me, and she made a mistake that's irreversible. She didn't apologize once. Anyway, I just decided to buy 2 wallets and used the entire AED 300 and added AED 25 for extra cost of the wallet. I'm not at all happy, it was supposed to be a bday gift. I know AED 300 is a small amount, but to me, it's a big amount for a bday gift. I was not able to use it as I intended to. Anyway, that's done. I just hope this won't happen to someone else. It's just upsetting. EDIT/UPDATE 05.07.2025: I am truly grateful for the kind gesture and initiative from the Store Manager, Moutaz who went extra mile and made sure that the issue is settled with a good understanding from both sides. I genuinely appreciate the compassion and for the Team to take their time in settling the unfortunate visit I've had - which to be fair, is 1/10 of my visits to C&K stores all over Dubai. Again, I would to express my gratitude to Moutaz and the Team for reaching out and making things...

I had a really great experience with Sally, who helped me try almost the whole store, to find the shoes I was looking for. I was planning to only get one shoes but ended up leaving with 4! She really got my style, my feet shape and what I am looking for and helped me get what I want. Thanks a lot Sally, not to mention here amazing spirit, smile and laugh. She really brings great positive and happy energy to those around her! ❤️
