Very helpful staff. Came to purchase an engangment ring and was helped by a 2 ladies, professional and helpful, I didn't catch the ladies name it began with an R. I believe Raheem or Rahaaf, I feel bad for forgetting. I ended up buying the engangment ring from chapord in the end due to sizes available in my budget, but will defiantly coming back to Chaumet for the wedding rings in a few months.
I have only pleasant impressions from visiting the Chaumet jewelry boutique! I bought a piece of jewelry that won my heart at first sight. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager Lidiya for her professionalism, attention and help in choosing - she is very nice! 🫶🏻 I recommend this boutique to everyone, here you will find not only exquisite jewelry, but also excellent service! :)

She displayed exceptional professionalism and assisted me with obtaining my engagement ring certificate, even after almost 3 months since the purchase " I don't live in Dubai". staff are not friendly and they ignore customers. Wanted to buy a ring but no one came to help.
