Absolutely loved my experience at Chill Serenity Hair Salon! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Diana worked her magic on my hair — she created the most beautifully blended blonde I’ve ever had. It looks so natural and fresh, I’m obsessed! And a huge shoutout to Trevor, who gave me the most relaxing hair wash ever — complete with an amazing scalp massage that nearly put me to sleep. Such a treat! The whole vibe at Chill Serenity is calm, welcoming, and professional. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and looking better than ever. Can’t wait to come back! 💇‍♀️✨

Lucy is no doubt the best hairdresser to have ever touched my hair! Lucy is a colour magician my hair looks vibrant and healthy, she is very professional, attentive and caring and she always gives me that personal touch. She takes the time to ensure that I am well taken care of in the salon. I always look and feel fabulous with her. Outstanding job always. All the staff are always very welcoming. I’m really happy with my blonde highlights which were beautifully done by Lucy. She really listened to what I wanted and is so bubbly and fun to talk to. The rest of the team are great too and so attentive. I especially liked the head and back massage :) I will definitely be coming back to Lucy again - thank you so so much.
