Dear Cinépolis Team, I recently had my first experience at your cinema and wanted to share a few suggestions. Overall, I found the seating and other facilities quite comfortable and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, one concern I had was regarding the air conditioning. During my visit, the temperature inside the theater felt quite warm, which was uncomfortable given the summer heat. It would greatly improve the customer experience if the A/C could be set to a more appropriate level to ensure a cooler and more pleasant environment. I hope you’ll consider this suggestion to enhance the comfort of your patrons. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Good experience overall, but important feedback regarding seat view We watched a movie recently in Screen 1 (Macro), seated around Row H (middle seats). The theater was clean, atmosphere was nice, and we had a good time. However, one issue we faced: The lamp attached to the recliner seat in front of us was blocking the screen view. We informed the guests seated there, but unfortunately, the lamp couldn't be lowered. We had to watch the full film with a partially obstructed view. After the show, we reported this issue to the Cinépolis team, and they acknowledged it. Hopefully, they will rectify it soon for a better experience for everyone. This feedback is only to help improve the experience further — otherwise, Cinépolis remains a nice cinema, and we have had good experiences here earlier too. Watched Kalki movie (Malayalam) recently In Macro Had a good experience. 7.1 Dolby surround sound was really good. Clean and comfortable theatre. Seating & screen quality is fine. You won’t get disappointed. It was a Decent experience. The staff is all good and very accommodating with all inquiries. Five stars for you, guys. Keep it up. There are plenty of free covered parking spaces. Entry and exit to the parking are slightly narrow. Totally Recommended.
