Excellent service and value for money. I would 100% recommend. We booked a private screening for our sons 8th Birthday. Mohamed the cinema manager was personally involved with arranging everything for us from start to finish. He was super helpful, accommodating and professional, as were the staff on the day. They created a video collage of photos of our son, which played ahead of the movie and did an excellent job with the Minecraft themed decorations which was a pleasant surprise. The theatre was clean and comfortable and food orders were taken individually from all the kids while they were watching the movie and delivered to them in their seats. The pricing for the entire birthday event was very reasonable and far less than the other three major cinema operators, and I can honestly say the service and attention from Cinepolis and the team was far superior to the competitors, most of whom taking days to reply to messages and emails. Thanks Mohamed and Team all the kids had an excellent party!

I booked private screening at Cinepolis Screen 3 for a personal event and it was an amazing experience. Excellent quality both sound and visual, Courteous staff and took great care. The birthday decoration from their side was a pleasant surprise. special mention about Mohammed, Luisita and Hamouda

I’m giving four stars instead of five solely because of the “deluxe experience” in Screen 2. This is my third time, and the air conditioning is consistently freezing. That wouldn’t be a major issue if blankets were provided—especially considering it’s marketed as a deluxe experience. In similar premium cinemas, blankets are always available upon request.

Had a fantastic time watching the SVT concert at Cinepolis! The cinema was very comfortable, and the experience was top-notch. While snacks are a bit pricey, the portion sizes are generous, so it’s worth it. I do wish there were a bigger venue to accommodate more people, but overall, the staff were super friendly and approachable. All in all, a genuinely great experience!
