I went at opening time to grab a warm and fresh cinnamon roll. If you like cinnamon rolls then this is probably one of the best if not the best available. For me it still seemed like a heavy refined flour scroll with good quality cinnamon and sugar overload in the icing. A bit sweet but I can see why it's popular. Being at opening time it was quiet and service was good.

Very phenomenal customer service by the staffs, felt so welcomed and they were so easy to communicate, my social anxiety wasn’t on the roof, they didn’t complicate things. Sundalyn and Edmundo helped me choose the best of flavor depending on my preference, they were so patient with me. Love that they gave me fresh and soft ones, would definitely come again at this cinabbon location.
